Refund & Payment Policy

Effective Date: January 1st, 2026

By purchasing, enrolling in, booking, or participating in any service, program, digital product, consultation, mentorship, event, training, website service, branding service, membership, or offering provided by AP Acquisition Group (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you acknowledge and agree to the following Refund & Payment Policy.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

No Refund Policy

ALL PAYMENTS MADE TO AP ACQUISITION GROUP ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

Due to the nature of our business, including but not limited to:

  • Digital products

  • Educational materials

  • Mentorship programs

  • Consulting services

  • Business coaching

  • Funding guidance

  • Website and branding services

  • Strategy sessions

  • Event tickets

  • Memberships and subscriptions

  • Downloadable resources

  • Classes and webinars

  • Custom business services

  • Marketing and advertising services

we do not offer refunds, exchanges, transfers, or credits under any circumstances once payment has been submitted.

This policy applies whether services have been partially used, fully used, accessed, scheduled, downloaded, or not utilized by the purchaser.

Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy

By completing a purchase with AP Acquisition Group, you agree not to initiate any chargeback, dispute, reversal, or claim through your bank, credit card company, or payment provider without first contacting us directly to attempt resolution.

Any customer who initiates a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback may:

  • Be permanently banned from future services

  • Be sent to collections for unpaid balances

  • Be subject to legal action for recovery of funds, administrative fees, attorney fees, and associated damages

  • Have access revoked to all products, services, memberships, platforms, communities, and digital materials

  • We maintain records of:

  • Signed agreements

  • Payment confirmations

  • IP addresses

  • Email communications

  • Login activity

  • Service access logs

  • Attendance records

  • Download history

  • Booking confirmations

  • Program participation

These records may be used as evidence in response to chargebacks or payment disputes.

Deposits & Payment Plans

All deposits made to AP Acquisition Group are NON-REFUNDABLE.

If a payment plan is selected:

  • You are financially responsible for completing all scheduled payments.

  • Failure to complete payments does not cancel your remaining financial obligation.

  • Missed payments may result in suspension or termination of services and access.

  • Accounts with outstanding balances may be sent to collections.

No refunds will be issued for partially completed payment plans, missed sessions, unused services, or voluntary withdrawal from a program or service.

Digital Products & Educational Materials

Because digital products and educational materials are immediately accessible upon purchase, all sales are final.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • PDFs

  • Templates

  • Courses

  • Replays

  • Recordings

  • Downloads

  • E-books

  • Toolkits

  • Worksheets

  • Community access

  • Online portals

  • Membership resources

Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, resale, or distribution of AP Acquisition Group materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Event Tickets & Live Trainings

All event tickets, seminar registrations, brunches, masterminds, workshops, bootcamps, and training purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your payment may be applied to the future event date at the Company’s discretion.

AP Acquisition Group reserves the right to modify event details, speakers, venues, schedules, or formats at any time.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information

  • Attending scheduled appointments and sessions

  • Completing requested deliverables

  • Participating in programs and services

Results are not guaranteed and may vary based on individual effort, business conditions, market factors, financial circumstances, and implementation.

Service Refusal Rights

AP Acquisition Group reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services to anyone for:

  • Harassment or abusive behavior

  • Non-payment

  • Violation of agreements or policies

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Misuse of services or materials

No refunds will be issued if services are terminated for policy violations.

Agreement to Policy

By submitting payment to AP Acquisition Group, you acknowledge that you have:

  • Read this Refund & Payment Policy

  • Understood and agreed to all terms

  • Voluntarily agreed that all sales are final

  • Agreed not to file unjustified chargebacks or disputes
